Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

Your order will ship 3-5 business days after you place your order. You will receive notification once it ships.

Returns:

We hope you loved your purchase! If not, see below for all return details.

Items eligible for a full return can be made by mail or in store within seven days of the purchase or receipt of the product by mail, and must provide the following:

  • Include a proof of purchase, or your receipt.
  • Be unopened, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, with tags attached, in the same condition you received it, including the original packaging.
  • Sent to 37 Carl Fisher Plaza with a postmark date at seven days or less from receiving the product.
  • Customer must pay return shipping
  • Unopened / undamaged /unused items returned more than seven days from receipt may be eligible for store credit or similar product exchange based on availability.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you and email to notify you we have received the item, and it if it has been approved or rejected for a refund. If approved, your refund will be processed using the original method of payment.

Non-Returnable items: Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Final Sale Policy: all sale items purchased at an extra 50% off are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges: 

Unopened store products and undamaged / unworn/ unaltered clothing items may be exchanged for another size based on availability.

PLEASE! Handle clothing items with care, these vibrant creations are made of fine fabrics and must be treated delicately. 

Damages:

Please report any damages within 24 hours of receipt of goods. 

Damages will be replaced with the exact item(s) ordered. 

Documentation will be required so please be prepared to send e-mailed photos of the damaged goods.

We are not responsible for damages once you have taken ownership of the item, including dropping the item, or attempting to unscrew the spray pump or any other careless acts that could lead to evaporation or leakage of the liquid/product, and/or a malfunctioning spray pump. 

Item Availability:

Merchandise available on this site is subject to change without notice. If an item you have purchased is unavailable we will contact you immediately and give you the opportunity to exchange it or cancel your order with a full refund.
